Editing Done!
Finally we have finished editing our 2 minute opening sequence for a film. Everything worked out as we expected. The editing took around 9 days to complete. We are all really happy with the result and we hope you enjoy it as well.

Final Sound Track
We have finally found our final sound track that is suitable for our opening sequence.
We thought this would be the suitable sound track because it starts of slowly and it starts a beat which creates attention between the audience.

Sound Tracks
For our blog we need s scary/horror movie sound track that suits our opening sequence. We don't want anything too slow and we don't want anything too fast.
Below are some sound tracks from Youtube that I will analyse and talk a bit about them.
This first sound track is not too fast or too slow, it's something that most horror movies would use, however I don't think this would be suitable for our opening sequence because this sound track suits horror movies where someone is trying to kill someone else, therefore it's not suitable for our opening sequence because we don't include any form of violence in the opening sequence.
This one is more suitable because it gives the audience the feeling of being followed or someone is getting followed which suits our opening sequence. Therefore something like this would be suitable for our opening sequence.

More Editing!
We have successfully completed editing the first art of the opening sequence and today we decided to start editing the second part of the opening sequence. This process is very time consuming and we need to do it carefully to make sure there are no mistakes.
We managed to cut and put together the part where we are filming the school gates and the part where I walk into school, also we cut an edited the part where Sohail flicks the cigarette. All of this was done last editing session.
Today we managed to put together the ending part of the opening sequence. All we have left to do now is including the titles in between the scenes.
Editing
Today we started some of our editing and everything went really well. Out editing included using the razor and drag tool which involved us cutting up some of the footage and breaking the scenes down to make it appealing and leave some space for the credits to be put in there later on.
Our cuts had to follow the pattern of continuity which was a bit time consuming because we had to go over the clips again and again until we cut the right parts and put them together.
overall the editing is going well and the opening sequence is beginning to form a story.
